The Blue Planet series is intended to spark students´ imagination and curiosity with exciting science topics and activities. At the same time, it helps students as English-language learners to improve their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in English.
Blue Planet is a six-level series for elementary students. It integrates science content with English-language instruction and promotes language acquisition in a wide range of interesting topics and contexts.
A good variety of hands-on activities and experiments help students make a connection between what they see, do, and touch and the scientific basis of their findings, thus making learning about their world both engaging and relevant.
